  13. Hello,  After installing the 2-23-96 flash update to my Courier it will dial 
  14. back again after I issue the hangup command when on a BBS.  I tried setting 
  15. s44=0 but this didn't help.  I never had this problem before I flashed the 
  16. modem.  Anyone else run into this problem?
